Shipping Policy
UK DELIVERIES

We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries.
​
For Standard delivery £3.05, our aim is to prepare your order and dispatch it within the next 2 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 2 to 10 working days from the date it was dispatched. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so if your order has not been despatched within 3 working days, please contact us directly.
Orders despatched on a Royal Mail Service are NOT tracked and can take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for worldwide deliveries.

The delivery fee depends on the destination country and weight. You receive your order within 5 to 30 working days from the date it was dispatched.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, or 30 days at international delivery from the date of dispatch, please contact our Customer Services on 0044 7983514387 or email us at info@honeybeescents.co.uk. We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 30 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.

We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
