  • What is the return policy?
    I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Send items back within: 30 days of delivery Request a cancellation: before item has been dispatched The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: - Custom or personalised orders - Perishable products (like food or flowers) Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Questions about your order?   • What are the shipping options?
    We send all my parcels Royal Mail 2nd class. This will typically take 5-7 working days, however if you do need your items sooner please drop me an email at info@honeybeescents.co.uk and we will be able to discuss furher postage options. If you do require first class or tracked delivery there will be an additonal delivery charge. Royal Mail 1st class: £3.55 Royal Mail Signed for 2nd class: £4.00 Royal Mail Signed for 1st class: £4.55 Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: £8.70 All of these prices depend on the size and weight of the parcel. We deliver to worldwide, all parcels are Tracked and Signed. The delivery charge depends on the country and weight.
  • When will I receive my order?
    All of my items are made for order. Some of them take couple of days to make (candles) the others can be prepared for the delivery immediately. You will receive your order between 5-7 working days after payment confirmation. Please note that the delivery time can be longer at peak periods. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Honey Bee Scents. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder's credit/debit card. If for any reason Honey Bee Scents cannot guarantee your delivery, we will let you know as soon as possible. Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Honey Bee Scents or the carrier.
  • What do I do if I have not received my order?
    During the busy periods the delivery time may be extended by a couple of days. If you do not receive your order in 30 days, please contact me via email: info@honeybeescents.co.uk Busy periods include Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's Day and Public Bank Holidays.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    If your item is damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible. Take some pictures of the packaking (would like to see how damaged it is) and the damaged item and send them to my email address: info@honeybescents.co.uk. I will respond to you within 24-48 hours.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
    Contact me in email as soon as possible on infor@honeybeescents.co.uk email address. After I have shipped your order, I cannot accept any changes.
  • When is my order shipped?
    Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding UK public bank holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    We ship to every country, all over the world.
  • How do I know if an item is in stock?
    All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated. On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable , we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.
  • Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?"
    Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is in within the UK. There will be the option to put the delivery address at the checkout.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal payment. Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners and UnionPay (UnionPay is not yet available to all users) Accepted Debit Cards: Visa & MasterCard. Please note that all payments are charged in Sterling Pounds. The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on the exchange rate at the time your bank processes the transaction.
  • Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
    To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses Secure Trading for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway.
  • Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?
    It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit. Please note that due to security reasons, we will not retain your card details. And with the Data Protection Act we don't share your information with other companies.
  • Is there a minimum order value?
    There is no minimum order requirement. Delivery charges will remain as specified.
  • Is my personal information kept private?
    Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill an order contract with you.
  • Where do the materials come from?
    I purchase my beeswax and pot pourri from my home country, Hungary. The beeswax is from Hungary's Beekeepers Organisation's Chairman. The reason I buy from HBOC is because of its recognisable natural beeswax scent. I don't add anything to the beeswax, it is 100% pure. I have found HBOC to be the highest quality supplier for my beeswax versus others.
  • What makes you different from your competitors?
    My flexibility! People can choose from single items to gift-wrapped collections. And they can choose where they would like to get it delivered, to their home or to the recipient. I offer with my gift-wrapped collections gift card with the customers personalised message. I make everything to order. Once the payment has been confirmed I start to make the order. Some items can be posted on the next day, however some of them need couple of days to allow them to set before being posted.
  • Do you ship packages internationally?
    Yes, we do. The International shipping cost depends on the destination country and weight.
  • If you accept bank transfer, how long do customers have to make the payment before their order is cancelled and items returned to stock?"
    Customers have 7 days to pay for their orders before cancellation.
  • If I do not see a design, can you make it?"
    I am always adding new products to my website, keep an eye out in the future for new moulds and designs.
